BOSIG uses elastomers to produce seals, suction plates, vacuum cups and vacuum mats for lifting gear and grippers. Sponge rubber and cellular rubber are perfectly suited as friction linings for floats used to smooth rendering or screed. Rollers and balls round off the range.
Custom-fit cuts can be manufactured for the production industry, in accordance with drawings. BOSIG produces balls of varying diameters to press through pipework using water or compressed air, to remove residues and deposits.
BOSIG produces raw sponge rubber blocks of different specific weight, in different qualities (porosity) and in different colours. Rollers are manufactured on customer request and to specified length and outer/inner diameters. The range comprises balls with diameters from 5 to 225 mm and in very fine, fine, medium and coarse quality.
The porosities of our products range from very fine to very coarse. In addition to numerous standard qualities we will also cooperate with customers to develop customised rubber mixes to meet specific needs. No matter the density, colour or porosity, our specialists for mixture development will be at your disposal.
