The Elsterwerda head office can look back on more than 25 years of history. Our Phonotherm® and Balkotec® products are produced here on a production area in excess of 30 000 square metres. State-of-the-art production facilities produce large-format boards from polyurethane raw materials.
The Phonotherm® multi-functional and insulating construction material will also on request be customised into shapes with, for instance, bores or milled features. Product standards are continuously monitored by Quality Assurance and tested in our in-house laboratory.
Mr. Jens Schulze has been with the company for many years. His responsibilities have been increasing steadily - from Purchasing, via Sales and via Management to the Board. In addition to Director at Elsterwerda he is also managing the Bad Liebenwerda production location and the Sales office in Berlin (Mahrzahn).
Mr. Schulze is a member of the Polyurethane technical section and also part of the Recycling working group of the Fachverband für Schaumstoffe und Polyurethane e.V. (FSK) [Technical Association for Foam materials and Polyurethane]. He is also engaged in the Lausitz e.V industry initiative towards sustainable development of the Lausitz location.
